  • We had the great fortune of receiving Sophie’s help after having our daughter. She is our first baby and it was amazing to have Sophie come into our home with her calm, friendly demeanor, and help give us reassurance, tips and love (the banana bread she brought was also great)! Sophie is knowledgeable in many realms, such as lactation and sleep, but also provided tips on other baby and mom care needs. When I experienced an issue in the first couple of weeks, Sophie was willing to hop on the phone with me and give me advice. We are so thankful for the time she spent with us and it felt like having another family member in our house.

  • Sophie folded into our family beautifully. Her care, competency, and knowledge were exactly what we needed. She supported me with such a perfect blend of empathy and practicality during a very tender time. Going from 1 to 2 kids more than doubled our exhaustion and juggling efforts. Sophie anticipated them, made them more manageable, and sent us thoughtful reminders. Most importantly, she genuinely loved our baby, and I felt completely at ease leaving him in her care.

  • Sophie was an incredible support to me after my second baby was born. If I could go back, I would’ve booked more time with her, because I looked forward all week to her shift. My boys adored her and she was just as amazing with my toddler as she was with my newborn, seamlessly shifting between caring for the baby and the older one, so I could focus on the other and get some time with each. Somehow she simultaneously tackled my laundry and dishes and helped me with meal prep, all while providing priceless parenting tips and tricks! Even though it wasn’t my first baby, I was surprised how much I forgot about the newborn stage while in that sleep-deprived fog, and it was so nice to have someone to talk to about my baby’s sleep, feeding, habits, etc. and get validation and ideas and support. I would absolutely recommend Sophie to any family.!

  • Sophie is a kind and thoughtful postpartum doula who helped us prioritize our health and well-being while we learned to manage growing from 1 to 3 children. I felt she cared about us and our babies deeply and her smile was always welcome during what is always a difficult and challenging time. We ended up asking for more time, would do it again, and wish we could go back in time and use her services the first time around.
